All our builds are meticulously created in-house, starting with the chassis being treated before built on and ending with seven coats of paint in our onsite spraying booth. No corners are cut in our robust process, providing our clients with superior quality vehicles.

We partner closely with a small number of external vendors to ensure we can create our horseboxes from scratch. As such, we can offer:
- All-aluminium build constrcutions.
- Boast euro-compliant fans and CCTV.
- Bespoke living with hand-stitched Italian leather upholstery.
- Hand-crafted doors and units.
- Padded, embroidered, stainless steel partitions.
- Hydraulic ramps with Kriburg rubber matting.
Horsebox custom exterior
For paintwork, we use etch coat, then two layers of primer, followed by three coats of base coat, then three coats of lacquer, with sanding down taking place between each stage of the process. They are then baked in our oven booth for the ultimate, immaculate finish in the colour scheme of your choice.
